Welcome to the New Death Doula Newsletter, for all members past, present and future, of our global Death Doula community. We will share updates, offers, articles, interviews and inspiration from the ongoing Journey with Death that we find ourselves on, together.

Coming soon we have exciting developments in partnership with a CPD accreditation provider which is enabling us to offer multi-disciplinary (ie to multiple different professions) Continuing Professional Development in the field of death dying and grief. You will get an update tomorrow on the first two courses coming in 2025 "Caring for Carers" and "Griefwork in Community".

We will also invite contributions of articles, experiences, thoughts and shared learning from the community body so if you have anything you would like to share that you feel would be of mutual learning benefit to us all then you can submit your article to sacredcirclecic@gmail.com.

Maybe you might be interested to know how the Death Doula course has evolved, especially if you were some of the early forerunners in 2017! Today we have a facilitator team delivering the course with plans to develop a form of ethical "franchise" that would see the course run internationally, translated into local languages and led by well supported native facilitators on the ground. The website is still www.journeywithdeath.com and contains Podcast interviews "Conversations with Death" and a Blog as well as information about the Earth Hospice vision which seems set to realise itself in 2025.
